You are currently viewing My Latest Buys: CODI, FGB

With the new month came some new dividend stock buys. However, this month I didn’t buy into anything new and just bought additional shares of stocks that I already have. So this post will be rather short, as there’s not much to really say that hasn’t already been said before.

This month I bought an additional 30 shares of CODI at $15.26 per share, raising my total shares of CODI to 100 shares. My average yield for CODI is now approximately 9.41%. Not bad.

I bought an additional 100 shares of FGB at $5.29 per share, which raises my total shares of FGB to 600. My average yield for FGB is now 9.87%.

Together, these buys help to boost my projected average monthly dividend income by $9.43 to $662.19 total. It’s not a big increase, but it certainly moves me closer to my projected average monthly dividend income’s next major milestone: $700.00/month.

Not familiar with either of these stocks that you purchased. Need to take a closer look at them. 🙂

Thanks for visiting Tawcan! Regarding FGB, it’s a closed-end fund, and a great tool for researching and evaluating ETF/CEF stocks is CEFConnect.com. This site has really helped me a lot in my dividend investing journey.
